Danielle Brennan is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.

Danielle’s practice is focused on the technology, gaming, social media, and retail industries.  She advises clients on intellectual property protection and licensing, technology transactions, commercial needs, and other related transactional matters.  She also advises clients on compliance with domestic and international data privacy and advertising laws.

Danielle earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where she received CALI Awards for Copyright and for Trademarks/Unfair Competition. Prior to law school, Danielle received her B.S. in Journalism from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo.
