Danielle Wheeler is an associate in the firm's Financial Services Group, where she focuses her practice on counseling investment advisers to hedge funds and private equity funds on the structuring, formation and operation of alternative investment products. Danielle also counsels financial institutions on regulatory and transactional matters, including securities and derivatives trading and hedge fund finance transactions.
Danielle received a B.A. and B.S. from Clemson University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Virginia Law and Business Review. She is admitted to practice in New York.
