David R. Levintow

Professional Biography

David Levintow is an associate in the Litigation Department of Foley & Lardner LLP. David is based in the Washington, D.C. office, where his practice focuses on criminal and regulatory government enforcement, complex commercial litigation, and compliance counseling. David is a member of the Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. David is admitted only in Maryland. He is practicing under the supervision of a member of the D.C. Bar.

David graduated with High Honors from The George Washington University Law School, was named a George Washington Scholar (top 1% - 15% of class) every semester, and served as an Editor on George Washington’s Business & Finance Law Review. During law school, David worked as a legal intern in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice as well as the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He was also a summer associate at Foley working on government enforcement and business disputes. His writing has been featured in law journals, bar journals, and several online legal publications.
