David R. Pruitt is a partner in the Litigation Department in the firm’s South Bend, Indiana office. He concentrates his practice in commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts around the country.

Mr. Pruitt received his B.B.A. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. After working for a consulting company for a number of years, Mr. Pruitt received his J.D.cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School. During law school, he was a member of the Notre Dame Law Review and taught legal writing. He recently was a contributing author for the American Bar Association Model Jury Instructionsregarding model trademark litigation jury instructions. In 2009, Mr. Pruitt was selected for inclusion as an "Indiana Rising Star" in Indiana Super Lawyers®.
