Dina R. Kaufman’s practice focuses on complex bankruptcy and securities litigation matters. Her work includes representation of financial institutions in a wide variety of state, federal, and bankruptcy court matters, such as multimillion dollar preference actions, securities class actions, and complex contractual disputes.

Dina was recognized as a “Rising Star” by New York Super Lawyers for 2012 through 2015. Dina is active in several bar associations and is a member of the National Association of Women Lawyers’ legislative committee. Prior to law school, Dina worked as a paralegal in the litigation department of another international law firm.
