Eddy Bermudez grew up in Miami, Florida and went to graduate school at the University of Chicago where he studied postcolonial and feminist literature with an emphasis on food studies. Writing in these fields gave him a substantial understanding of human experiences and motivations. This has helped him become a professional with impeccable writing skills and insight into creative and analytical thinking. He has applied these skills in the fields of academia and marketing. Bermudez worked as an Adjunct Professor for both Miami Dade College and St. Thomas University and a Lecturer for the University of Miami.
