Eilish Cabban is a lawyer in the commercial litigation team. She has experience acting for a range of clients in the superannuation, insurance, finance and professional services sectors. She has acted in matters such as the defence of professional negligence, TPD, death and income protection claims and has advised on policy response and insurer and trustee duties.
