Elizabeth is a senior lawyer in Cadwalader’s Litigation Group, based in London.
Elizabeth has substantial experience in banking and financial services litigation, contentious regulatory and white collar matters. Clients include those in the financial services, technology, telecoms and media sectors. Elizabeth has experience advising on matters including contractual disputes, shareholder claims, regulatory and internal investigations, international arbitration, judicial review and complex jurisdictional issues. She provides risk and reputation management advice and has particular expertise in contentious regulatory issues. In 2015, Elizabeth successfully completed the Regulation and Compliance module of the well-regarded Chartered Institute for Securities Investments Diploma.
