Ellen Wong is an associate and intellectual property litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. She is a member of the IP Litigation Practice.
Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Wong served as a summer associate with WilmerHale where she assisted attorneys with writing memos for patent prosecution, patent litigation, antitrust litigation, and client investment inquiries. She also researched copyright issues regarding public digital registries as well as a private client case regarding undue diligence.
