Emily Madavo is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office.  She is a member of the litigation and energy regulatory groups.  Her litigation practice focuses on product liability issues facing the firm’s pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Representative Matters

  • Represents a major pharmaceutical company in multi-district litigation and various product liability suits in state courts involving a medicine used to reduce the risk of stroke and blood clots.

  • Counseled a major banking corporation in enforcement proceedings involving allegations of market manipulation before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

  • Represented a major pharmaceutical company in patent litigation involving medical device used to treat respiratory disorders.
