Mr. Gregory’s practice is focused primarily in the area of ERISA, employee benefits and compensation. His experience includes counseling clients on the design of plan amendments to continue retirement plan qualification under the Internal Revenue Code, changes to welfare plans due to the Affordable Care Act and the applicability of ERISA’s prohibited transaction rules.
