Eric Sedlak is a cross-border transactional lawyer with over 20 years practising in Asia. He concentrates his practice on projects and infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment and financial transactions, private equity, and oil and gas.

Eric's clients include manufacturing companies, energy project developers, construction contractors, lenders and investors in property projects, and a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading operator.

He also serves as a Vice President to the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan, where he oversees the Chamber's advocacy work with the Japanese and U.S. governments.
