Erin Reeves is an associate in the Atlanta office of Baker Donelson. She is a member of the Securities/Corporate Governance practice group where she focuses her practice on securities transactions, including 1933 Act filings and 1934 Act reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters with a specific emphasis on public non-traded real estate investment trusts (REITs). Ms. Reeves handles matters for public companies relating to corporate governance, SEC compliance and "Blue Sky" compliance. She has experience drafting private placement memorandums and various securities offering documents for both public and private offerings. Ms. Reeves also handles matters related to formation and dissolution of business entities.
