Esther Y. Pak is an associate in the Labor & Employment Law Department. She assists clients in a wide range of labor and employment law matters at the state and federal levels, including employment discrimination, retaliation claims and breach of employment contracts.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Esther served as a judicial law clerk to Justice Barry T. Albin of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

While attending Rutgers School of Law – Newark, Esther was managing notes editor of the Rutgers Law Review. She authored “The Impact of State ex rel. V.A. on the Road Back to Juvenile Rehabilitation and the Need for Further Legislative Changes in New Jersey’s Waiver Law,” 66 Rutgers L. Rev. 531 (2014). She also served as co-chair of the school’s Women’s Law Forum.
