Ethan Goemann guides clients in labor and employment disputes as well as general business litigation matters. His practice includes representing employers in employment discrimination lawsuits, wage and hour issues, compliance with the affirmative action obligations of federal contractors, and labor union issues. Ethan also represents employers in administrative investigations conducted by various federal agencies.
Before joining Womble Bond Dickinson, he served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Graham Mullen (W.D.N.C.)
