Professional Biography

Franc Del Fosse has advised companies on transactional and business matters for nearly 20 years and has significant experience representing public and private companies in complex securities transactions, financings, and merger and acquisition deals. He also has a wide-ranging project finance practice related to advising developers, lenders, investors, and other parties in project development, including energy projects.

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Franc served in-house as the general counsel of a publicly traded, Phoenix-based specialty pharmaceutical company. Previously, he was a partner at a prominent law firm headquartered in Arizona, where he founded and led the firm's renewable energy industry group. Franc began his legal career in the Silicon Valley office of an international law firm.
