Francisco F. Guzmán Andrade

Francisco F. Guzmán Andrade is an Associate and member of Stark & Stark’s Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights Group where he represents banks and other financial institutions, equipment leasing and finance companies, commercial landlords, institutional investment management firms, and other businesses in a wide array of matters including loan workouts, commercial foreclosures, and bankruptcy litigation. Mr. Guzmán Andrade is also a member of Stark & Stark’s Commercial Litigation Group handling a variety of commercial litigation matters including commercial landlord disputes, condemnation actions, and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Guzmán Andrade worked in a prominent South Jersey law firm where he represented employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in all stages of litigation. Francisco also served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Allison E. Accurso, J.A.D. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division in Trenton, NJ.

While attending Rutgers Law School, Francisco was an Executive Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and a Henry J. Raimondo Legislative Fellow for the Eagleton Institute of Politics’ Graduate Fellowship Program in Politics and Government, interning in the New Jersey State Senate Minority Office. Francisco was also very active in the community, working as a student attorney in the Rutgers Law Immigrant Justice Clinic and receiving a Rutgers Law Pro Bono Publico Award for significant service in public interest.

Mr. Guzmán Andrade is fluent in Spanish.
