Fraser specializes in employment law including senior executive severance, all employment related litigation in particular discrimination prevention and claims (gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, age and trade union membership), whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants and team moves, industrial action injunctions and union recognition), employment contract disputes and equal pay. He also advises on redundancy and restructuring, TUPE, data protection and employee privacy, union disputes, European Works Councils and cross-border employment law (such as regional or global policy review and implementation, multi-country enforcement of restrictive covenants, and multi.country restructuring).
