Mr. Bamin is a lawyer in the Brisbane Corporate and Transactional team. He has experience with the incorporation of new corporate entities, the establishment of trusts, the preparation of shareholder and unitholder agreements and a broad range of sale and purchase transactions.

Mr. Bamin has assisted international clients navigate Australia's foreign investment framework, including their dealings with the Foreign Investment Review Board. He also possesses experience in preparing Services and Facilities Agreements within the dental and medical sector.
