Gordon Davenport

Gordon Davenport III is a partner and litigation attorney with Foley & Lardner LLP. Mr. Davenport has represented insurance companies in a wide range of litigation matters, including coverage disputes, national class actions, distribution and sales practice disputes, and regulatory matters. He also has extensive experience representing insurance brokers in E&O claims. Mr. Davenport is a leader in the field of Directors and Officers insurance, and has presented extensively on that subject. He is chair of the firm’s Insurance & Reinsurance Litigation Practice.
