As an associate in the Corporate and Transactional practice group, clients rely on Gordon to analyze transactional matters in order to provide comprehensive legal advice. Gordon has represented clients in an array of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and internal restructurings. He has assisted in representing public and private companies in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, ranging in value from $10 million to over $1 billion across a variety of industries, including healthcare and financial services.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Gordon was an associate in the corporate group of a global law firm.
