Greg Branagan is an associate in the Tax Department and a member of both the Private Investment Funds and Tax Groups.

He advises on a broad range of both domestic and international tax matters, including the establishment and operation of investment funds, providing advice to institutional investors on their investments in private funds and advising on tax matters relating to mergers and acquisitions.
