Gregory A. Sandomirsky

Greg is an esteemed public finance attorney whose practice spans representation of issuers, underwriters, investors, and others in the issuance of debt and advising public and private sector organizations regarding new enterprise formation and reorganizations. He is a go-to bond counsel for complicated, state of the art bond projects and programs. He has extensive experience with private/public joint ventures and project finance related to energy generation, water and wastewater systems, transportation facilities, and solid waste disposal and recycling. He serves as lead counsel on bond issues in the fields of health care, higher education, student loans, and economic development.

Greg managed the firm’s Public Finance Practice from its inception through mid-2007. He also served on the firm’s Executive Committee from 1985 to 1998 and managed the Business and Finance Practice from 1996 to 1999.

Greg has had extensive experience with debt financing, new enterprise formation, and governmental and corporate reorganization. He provides bond counsel and general advice to major public and private institutions involved in transportation, energy, water and sewer service, housing, health care, education, resource recovery, economic development, and lending. He has substantial experience with project finance in US markets and with private/public joint ventures and cooperations in areas such as solid waste disposal, wastewater and water treatment, energy generation, health care, subsidized housing, transportation, and parking. He also advises investors and bond trustees in connection with high yield new debt issues and restructurings of distressed debt for such projects. His practice requires resolving legal and practical issues concerning financing, procurement, administration, and regulation in connection with large-scale infrastructure projects and programs.

He is a regular panelist at public finance industry conferences and seminars on a variety of subjects.
