Haley Hohensee is an associate in the firm's Boston office. She is a member of the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group.

Prior to joining the firm Haley served as a legal intern for the Securities and Exchange Commission. Through this role, Haley assisted in insider trading background investigations, she also researched and prepared memoranda surrounding administrative sanctions. Prior to that role Haley was a summer associate in the firm's Boston office.
