Isaac J. Burker is an Associate in the White Plains, New York, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice includes the representation of management in state and federal court and before administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Human Rights, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and various divisions of the Department of Labor.  Mr. Burker also regularly counsels clients on a variety of workplace issues such as reductions in force, worker misclassification, and wage and hour issues. 

Isaac also regularly handles various types of workplace litigation, from single plaintiff discrimination cases to wage and hour class and collective actions. As a litigator, Isaac is a zealous advocate for his clients, while also being mindful of their ultimate objectives.  Isaac represents management in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the New York State Division of Human Rights, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and various divisions of the Department of Labor. Isaac also regularly counsels clients on various workplace issues such as worker misclassification and wage and hour issues. 

While in law school, Isaac served as a research editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal , during which he developed a fascination with employment law.
