J. Aaron Duffy is an associate in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental Practice Group in the firm's San Diego office and is a member of the firm’s Multifamily Team.
Aaron’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on purchase and sale, development, commercial leasing and financing. He also advises clients on real estate aspects of corporate merger and acquisition transactions. Additionally, Aaron has experience in a variety of opportunity zone matters.
