James' corporate and commercial real estate practice includes an emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets transactions, his commercial lending practice includes structuring and negotiating commercial loan transactions across multiple industries and his commercial loan workout, resolution and enforcement practice includes an emphasis on the representation of CMBS special servicers in negotiations related to CMBS loans in default.
