As Vice President of Marketing for Blue Jeans Network, James is responsible for driving the company’s global marketing strategy and execution of all brand building, demand generation and communications initiatives.
James brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and web technology to Blue Jeans Network. Prior to joining the company, James built and launched the SMB go to market strategy for SuccesFactors. As Senior Director of Marketing, James led demand generation for the company and played a key role in SuccessFactor’s rapid growth rate that resulted in the 2007 IPO, five acquisitions and ultimately the December 2011 announcement of SAP's intent to acquire SuccessFactors.
Prior to SuccessFactors, James worked as the Director of Interactive Technology & eCommerce at All Rides Inc. (now part of Cruiser Customizing) leading a team of online marketing and merchandising professionals in the eCommerce space. Earlier in his career James spent time at Intuit and Sterling Software as a Software Engineer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University.
