Jasmine McGhee focuses her practice on white collar criminal investigations and civil litigation.

She has experience representing clients who are confronting internal or external allegations of wrong-doing and who benefit from her experience in conducting internal investigations for corporate compliance purposes, as well as in response to government investigations. Ms. McGhee has particular expertise in representing clients in such matters in connection with cases involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), False Claims Act (FCA), commercial bribery, securities, tax, fraud, and antitrust allegations.
