Jason’s wide-ranging litigation experience includes contract disputes, commercial lease disputes, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, fraudulent conveyance actions, complex insurance coverage disputes, contested commercial foreclosures, and disputes arising under the bankruptcy code and the uniform commercial code. Jason also regularly counsels financial institutions, asset management firms, and corporate policyholders.
