Jeff Kropp is an associate in the Corporate Department.

Prior to joining Proskauer, where he was a summer associate, Jeff interned in the Business & Legal Affairs Department at ROAR, a sports and entertainment company specializing in business development and serving both corporate and individual clients. While at ROAR, Jeff assisted clients with a wide range of legal issues including registering and enforcing their intellectual property, renegotiating contracts, and drafting licensing agreements.
