Jennifer Dew’s practice focuses on counseling employers in all aspects of employment law with a particular focus on litigation prevention.

Jennifer represents clients in a variety of business disputes, with particular expertise in employment laws governing sexual harassment, sex, race, national origin, age and disability discrimination, wrongful discharge, employee raiding and misappropriation of trade secrets, stock options, and other workplace laws and regulations. She has extensive experience negotiating executive employment agreements, as well as providing preventative employment law advice and counseling to clients on employment policies, handbooks and employment agreements.
