With 18 years of experience in bankruptcy cases and related litigation, Jerry represents secured lenders, indenture trustees, debtors-in-possession, committees, distressed debt investors, lessors and troubled companies in and out of court. He advises on financial and operational restructurings throughout the United States and in Puerto Rico, and frequently represents clients through all stages of insolvency-related litigation, including, in addition to more typical matters, actions involving receiverships and equity foreclosure, inter-creditor disputes, equitable subordination, substantive consolidation, and debt and equity recharacterization.
