Mr. Simpson is a partner and in the firm’s Securities Litigation Group. His practice is concentrated in the area of commercial litigation with particular emphasis on securities litigation and securities arbitration. He represents broker-dealers, securities issuers, and individual stockbrokers. Since developing a focus in defending securities broker-dealers, he has handled more than a thousand cases for national and regional broker-dealers, most of which were arbitrations filed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
