A key part of Jesse’s practice involves preparing and prosecuting U.S and foreign patent applications. In this service, he guides clients through the patent application process with an eye toward alternatives and risks.
Jesse's background in chemical engineering enables him to have a special understanding of the chemical and mechanical industries. Because of this, his practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting provisional and nonprovisional patent applications in technical disciplines such as industrial power generation, the aerospace industry, and chemical processes and related hardware. Moreover, Jesse regularly prepares and prosecutes computer-implemented based patent applications.
