Jessica Bayles is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She focuses her practice on energy regulatory matters.
Jessica received her J.D., with high honors, from The George Washington University Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude from Miami University.
While in law school, Jessica served as managing editor of The George Washington Law Review and developed an active pro bonopractice. Jessica published a note in the March 2013 issue of The George Washington Law Review titled “Regulating Bioreactor Landfills to Decrease Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Provide an Alternative Energy Source.” She also served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance. Jessica is a member of the Order of the Coif.
Jessica is admitted to practice in New York and in the District of Columbia.
