Jessica represents insurance companies as coverage counsel, with an emphasis in matters involving complex international and domestic crisis management, accidental product contamination, food contamination and product recalls.  In addition, Jessica represents and counsels clients in connection with coverage matters involving directors’ and officers’ liability, professional liability, commercial general liability, accident and health insurance, life insurance, property, reinsurance, bad faith, environmental, and construction defect.

In addition to advising clients in regard to insurance coverage matters, Jessica has successfully defended clients in employment, transportation, construction defect, and professional liability actions. Jessica has obtained favorable verdicts for her clients in both state and federal trials.

Jessica is a former member of the board of directors of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, where she served as the chair of the Employment Law committee, chair of the Young Lawyer committee, and member of the Legal Education Committee. Jessica also served as the Colorado State and Local Defense Organization Representative for DRI – The Voice of the Defense Bar (DRI).
