Jessica Reginato is a Shareholder in the firm’s Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group. She represents corporate and individual clients in matters involving product liability and toxic tort claims, business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage contests, and personal injury and property litigation. Jessica works with clients to develop risk management tactics and strategies for all phases of litigation, and has extensive experience litigating matters in state and federal courts locally and nationally. She has been a team member on numerous cases proceeding to trial, binding arbitration and appeal on issues including product liability, construction defects, dealership disputes under the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law, and commercial and excess liability insurance coverage.
An active member of the Milwaukee legal community, Jessica is a long-time volunteer at the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic House of Peace location in Milwaukee. She also serves on the Recent Alumni Event Planning Committee for Marquette University Law School and is the firm liaison for the Marquette WORKS initiative.
During law school, Jessica gained valuable courtroom experience while completing a year-long clerkship with the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office, and was also exposed to the appeal process first-hand through her judicial internship with the Hon. Patricia S. Curley of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. She also served as a research assistant to Professor John J. Kircher, was a member of the Marquette Moot Court Board, and received Dean’s List and Pro Bono Society honors as well as the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Remedies.
