Jessica Whiting Mason is an Associate in Bilzin Sumberg’s Litigation Group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Jessica has experience representing clients in national and international multidistrict disputes and also has experience representing clients in arbitrations. In addition, she has worked on a variety of cases involving intellectual property issues, including copyright, trademark and patent matters.

Before joining Bilzin Sumberg, Jessica was based in the New York office of a multinational law firm, where she worked on a variety of complex litigation matters. During the summer of 2001, Jessica was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Joseph L. Tauro of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
