Joe Denapole is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Los Angeles office.

Areas of Practice

Joe represents clients in a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters in both state and federal court. He has litigated claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, real estate disputes, and other business torts in several industries. He has experience with all aspects of California and federal civil procedure, including filing pleadings, conducting discovery, and motion practice.

While in law school, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Consuelo B. Marshall at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He also served as senior production editor for the Hastings Law Journal.
