Focusing on appellate litigation, John C. Sullivan has served as counsel and drafted briefs at both the certiorari and merits stages of US Supreme Court cases. Appeals also predominate in John’s pro bono work, including cases in the US Courts of Appeal for the Fifth and Ninth Circuits. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, John was a law clerk for Chief Judge Edith H. Jones of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
