John Price is an associate in the Charlotte office. Mr. Price assists with mortgage and asset-backed securities, debt instruments and modifications, and securitization issues. He also has experience representing publicly traded corporations, partnerships, tax exempt organizations, and individuals in the areas of tax planning, tax compliance, and tax controversy. In addition, he is experienced in the preparation and negotiation of joint venture agreements.
