Joi D. Neike

As a pioneer in the field with more than 20 years experience in AmLaw firms, Joi Neiki has hands-on experience in all aspects of legal marketing and business development. From 2007 to 2012, she served as the CMO for Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, where she provided strategic direction and leadership for marketing, communications and business development functions. She helped revolutionize the firm’s marketing strategy by implementing its first client feedback and social media marketing programs, two initiatives that helped her become a finalist for Business Alabama’s Top CMO Awards in 2011 and be named to ExecRank’s “Top 200 Marketing Executives in Privately Held Companies” in 2012.

Before working at Bradley Arant, Joi served as a senior business development manager at Hunton & Williams, where she ushered in the firm’s first strategic business development program. In this role, she oversaw business development activities for more than 30 practice areas and 450 stakeholders across 19 national and international offices. Previously, Joi served as the director of marketing and client relations for Bass, Berry & Sims; before that, she was director of marketing and business development for Poyner & Spruill LLP.

Joi holds a B.S. in marketing from the University of Virginia, where she graduated with high honors.
