Jonathan Bailyn is an associate in Cadwalader's Washington, D.C. office. A member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Group, Jonathan advises clients in criminal, regulatory, and compliance matters, as well as in proceedings before both state and federal courts.

Jonathan received his J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Georgetown Journal of Law & Public Policy, and his B.A., cum laude, from Amherst College. During law school, Jonathan interned with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit and the Financial Institutions and Public Sector Fraud Unit in the U.S. Department of Justice Criminal Division.
