Jonathan A. Jonathan has represented leading software application providers, a Fortune 100 professional services and consulting firm, the credit card division of a Top 5 bank, the U.S. Department of Treasury, a Fortune 100 manufacturing conglomerate, subsea cable system builders and sponsors, and a publicly traded, international telecommunications firm, for which he served as senior in-house counsel for approximately six years on a variety of commercial and corporate finance matters.
