Jonathan Orlinsky’s practice focuses on cross-border real estate in which he has experience representing Israeli insurance companies, pension funds, public and private companies, and private individuals in real estate transactions outside of Israel.

Jonathan also represents companies and private equity firms in connection with various corporate transactions as well as general corporate counseling and governance. Jonathan has additional experience counseling investment advisers and private investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and fund of funds, in connection with their formation, structuring, and ongoing operational needs.
