Jordan represents property owners and developers, lenders and borrowers in all aspects of negotiating and structuring commercial and residential real estate projects, including the acquisition, development and disposition of property. He has experience drafting commercial and residential real estate, construction, architecture and design contracts, and helps clients to resolve complex construction and design-related disputes.
