Jordan Matheny has launched her career in the area of general liability and casualty, representing a variety of litigants in claims arising out of negligent security, property damage, all types of personal injury, accidents, toxic torts and bad faith. Her priority is to understand each client’s objectives and execute a legal strategy appropriate for each case.  During law school, Jordan interned for a criminal defense attorney.

Jordan draws on the firm’s collective experience in legal areas that routinely impact our clients, leveraging Wilson Elser’s network of 31 strategically situated offices throughout the United States. She has been involved in work with personal jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, choice of law issues, premises liability, insurance, governmental affairs, franchises and employment law.
