Joseph M. Kelleher

Joseph M. Kelleher is a litigator in the firm’s Insurance Department with experience representing clients in a variety of commercial and insurance disputes.  Joe’s practice focuses on the software industry, international commercial arbitration, and other complex business disputes.  Joe joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert B. Kugler U.S. District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

Joe focuses much of his practice on representing software industry clients in cases arising from the licensure and implementation of integrated business software solutions (ERP).  Working closely with top experts in the field, he has effectively litigated across a broad spectrum of issues, including those related to project management, solution architecture, hardware sizing, defect remediation, performance testing, and software maintenance and support.  But Joe’s practice goes beyond merely litigating these issues and extends to providing strategic and operational counsel to clients during on-going projects.
