Joseph T. Bueche is an Associate in the Chicago office of Vedder Price and a member of the firm’s Finance & Transactions practice group.

Mr. Bueche represents and counsels developers, investment funds and investors in a wide range of matters, including complex cross-border joint ventures, development projects, restructurings and acquisitions and dispositions in private companies.

Prior to joining Vedder Price, Mr. Bueche focused his practice on corporate real estate, bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. He has experience in negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, option agreements, joint venture agreements, asset management agreements, property management agreements and development agreements.

He is licensed to practice in New York, and supervised by Vedder Price to practice in Chicago, IL. Among his areas of specialization are:
